About Peta

With over 30 years in education and 15 years as a dedicated coach, facilitator, and consultant, Peta Nelson has been instrumental in the professional growth of school leaders and teachers across Western Australia. Her extensive experience spans regional, remote, and metropolitan schools, along with a decade at a system level, equipping her with deep insight into the complexities of educational leadership.

Peta specialises in designing tailored, sustainable instructional coaching programs, training coaches, and implementing whole-school coaching frameworks. Her strengths lie in her exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to foster the professional growth of middle leaders. By building strong, trusting relationships, Peta empowers educators to lead with confidence and create lasting impact.
